Mobile Print bears no responsibility for the content of any pictures it has been sent and does not have any obligation to monitor such content. Therefore, all content is the responsibility of the customer, not Mobile Print.

Mobile Print reserves the right to not process the following types of pictures: Photographs that contain bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or profanity; Material that is unlawful, threatening, harmful, or obscene; Copyrighted material that is used without the express permission of the owner Content that violates or encroaches on the rights of others; Content or other material that contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses, and other forms of corruptive code or any other content, which may compromise the Mobile Print technology platform; Content that harms minors in any way.

Any material that references a site that promotes any of the above Mobile Print has the sole discretion to determine whether Content is Prohibited Content, and any Content submitted to the Service may be subject to examination from time to time.

You acknowledge that although Mobile Print does not and will not examine and review all content submitted or transmitted to the Service, Mobile Print has the absolute right (but not the obligation) to refuse to print any pictures that may fall into any of the above categories. In the event that Mobile Print refuses to print your picture you may still be billed for the service.

Terms of Service Agreement

By accessing or using mobileprint.co.uk's web site (the "Web Site"), you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. The provisions of this Agreement relating to Usage, Usage Restrictions, Disclaimers, Limitations & Waivers of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form this Agreement and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute this Agreement.
